The Brush Research manufacturing 84CKITA 6 piece carbon steel tube brush Kit is designed for internal bore , tubing , drilled holes and cylindrical cavity cleaning. High tensile carbon steel filaments can be used to deburr and blend edges on newly manufactured or drilled pieces as well as be used for surface preparation for welding, adhesives, paints and laminations. The aggressive nature of the filaments can be used to remove rust, scale, burn marks and tool marks without compromising bore geometry. The 84CKITA Kit includes one each of Brush Research mfg’s 84C125 , 84C187 , 84C250 , 84C312 , 84C375 , and 84C437 with brush diameters of 1/8 ”, 3/16 “, ¼ “, 5/16 “, 3/8 “, and 7/16 “ respectively. The Kit comes with a carabineer for ease of storage. The 84 Series brushes feature a galvanized steel, single stem, single spiral handle with a ring at the end to facilitate manual use. The brush can be used in a reaming motion or turned in a clockwise fashion. Never use in counterclockwise motion. 6
